 Below shows a map and the corresponding rate charged for my time in your area. Prices vary depending on the distance of your location from Bransgore. I also offer fixed priced repairs (see below) and also can offer to travel further afield if required, please ring for more information.

Quick fix prices available in Bransgore, Highcliffe & Barton on Sea – £30 if your issue take less than 15 minutes to resolve. Otherwise a minimum charge of 1 hour applies

As well as offering my services in your home or on site on a time basis I also offer fixed price repairs for my time on a collection and delivery rate.

  • Mini Service (Software clean, system tune up and health check)
  • Data Recovery from Desktop PC (storage device still functioning)
  • Data Recovery from non booting Laptop – powers on but does not load up Windows (storage device still functioning)

All above repairs are charged at £65 each

  • Desktop & Laptop PC hardware repairs (Parts not included) from £55
  • Data Recovery from Laptop that will not power on (storage device still functioning) £65 to £85. Generally older laptops hard disks can be accessed from the outside of the laptop, whereas mostly modern thin laptops have to be dissasembled to get to the disks which takes longer.
  • Operating System Software Rebuild inc. hardware diagnostics – with data and core software setup £105
  • Operating System Software Rebuild inc. hardware diagnostics without data or software £70

Fixed prices quoted above are for my immediately local area – within the green line on the map above. As two trips to your home are required for a collection and delivery repair, a £10 surcharge is applied for clients in the standard rate blue area. Please call for a quote if you are outside of the blue standard rate area. Prices above do not include any parts required for hardware repairs – Labour only

Due to the nature of my mobile business it is difficult to allocate time to be at home for clients to drop computers to me. Due to this I do operate a collection and delivery or on site / in home service only. Any deliveries to the business address are strictly by pre-arranged appointment only please.

Cancellation Policy

Sometimes things come up and it is difficult to keep appointments, I of course understand this. However I do ask that all appointments made with me are cancelled if possible by 8pm the night before (please leave a message on mobile answerphone if you don’t get through)

Hopefully you will understand all cancellations made on the same day as the appointment is booked will be invoiced for a fixed cancellation charge of £25 as I will have allocated time which may be difficult to re book at short notice.
